About Me

My name is Tarik, and fitness has been a driving force in my life since I began my journey in 2012. With eight years of military service, I served as a Command Fitness Leader, where I was responsible for developing and leading physical training programs that pushed teams to reach their highest potential. That experience gave me a strong foundation in discipline, structure, and motivation—qualities I bring to every training session.

Beyond my military background, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others build confidence and strength both inside and outside the gym. I’m a certified personal trainer and have had the privilege of instructing many individuals in their fitness goals, from beginners to those looking to refine their performance. I also coach kids’ jiu-jitsu, where I focus on developing not only physical skills but also resilience, discipline, and teamwork.

Whether it’s strength training, conditioning, or martial arts, my passion is helping people unlock their potential and achieve lasting results.
